I went Christmas shopping on Friday night. By myself. Now, that might not seem strange but I am always with somebody when I’m out. I am either with my kids, Mr, Mom, friends or even the dog. I am almost never alone. So I was all excited when I got to do something totally ALONE. I started by getting a Peppermint Hot Chocolate and then dove into shopping.

This is my Cheesecake Adventure and a recipe for Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

Mr. loves cookie dough. He always get the cookie dough blizzard from Dairy Queen, he loves he extra when I make cookie dough truffles so when I received a copy of the The Cookie Dough Lover’s Cookbook.   I let Mr. pick any recipe he wanted. He chose the Mosaic Cheesecake. A 10 inch cheesecake with 3 types of cookie dough imbedded in the cheesecake. I mean anything for Mr. *wink wink*

A lot of times I ask my bf what he wants me to make because he ends up eating most of it. He wanted bites of some sort with butterscotch. Have I mentioned he is sorta random with the stuff he comes up with. Remember this? Ya random. So I really can’t take the credit for these little morsels of butterscotch, cream cheese and chocolate.

Here is some of my randomness that is my life….

My bf bought be tulips that I can plant for Valentine’s Day.  Tulips are my ultimate favorite flour, oops I mean flower.

I’ve been dying to try matte topcoat nail polish.  You paint it over your regular nail polish and it changes it to a matte finish.  I’ve looked here and even in the US  and I  couldn’t find it  until the other day.  It was at Superstore for $2.  I jumped up and down in the store.  Yes, yes I did.
