Bubblegum Rice Krispie Treats Recipe

So I was wondering through Costco the other night and noticed these jars that I hadn’t seen before. I walked past them twice then finally stopped to actually read what it said. “Cookinotti – Made with crushed caramelized butter cookies” ahhh ok. Then the magic words, the words I have been dying to read for what feels like forever “Speculoos Spread”. Jackpot!!!!! Oh my dears there is finally, finally Cookie Butter/ Biscoff in Canada!!!!

It’s delicious. Slightly different then the aforementioned Biscoff and Cookie Butter but very, very close. Now there is a huge problem, I can’t stop eating it and when it’s empty I don’t have to plan a trip to another country, I just have to hit up Costco.

These weren’t going to be a post. These sweet little treats were just a random Tuesday night treat I made with Little Miss and Little Mister. I gave her the option of chocolate, peanut butter, bubblegum or plain Rice Krispie treats and she picked the pink ones of course.

These are ridiculously easy. All you need to transform these into bars of pink, brightly flavored bars is a package of Duncan Hines Frosting Creations in Bubblegum. Everyone who tried one was really surprised at how much flavor there was. A perfect little Easter treats.

Christina, your photos are beyond gorgeous. You blow me away all the time with the beautiful styling and the bright, vividness of your pictures. Love! I can see why the Little Miss chose pink – these are adorable! And I bet they tasted fantastic. And THANK YOU for letting me know about speculoos at Costco – I haven’t made it there yet but I’ve got a huge Costco shopping list on my fridge. I can’t wait!
